By using the Thaheen platform you agree to the following terms.

The service

Thaheen is a games platform offered as is and free of charge, and two games are available in it today: Word Rush and the crossword. We do our best to keep it available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change which games are available, add to them, or stop the service.

Player conduct

• In multiplayer games the name you choose is shown to the other players in the room; do not use offensive names or names that impersonate someone else.
• Do not attempt to manipulate the games, exploit flaws in them, or burden the server with automated requests. All game logic runs on the server — in multiplayer and single-player alike — and any attempt to cheat is rejected and may close the account.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that takes place through your account. We may suspend any account that breaches these terms.

Ownership

The platform, its name, its logo, its games, its design and its word bank belong to the project's owner. They may not be copied or republished without permission.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect damage arising from its use, including the loss of game data.
